By downloading or using any icons from Unicorn Icons, you agree to the terms below.

Free plan

Free Icons License

Attribution required. Include a visible credit to Unicorn Icons wherever the icons are used — e.g. footer, video credits, or app description.

Example: "Icons by Unicorn Icons" with a link to the website.

Pro plan

Pro Icons Pack License

No attribution required. Use in any personal or commercial project, for clients, and in any medium — without crediting Unicorn Icons.

Prohibited uses

Do not use icons in any manner that violates local, national, or international laws.

Trademark Infringement
Do not use icons to suggest endorsement or affiliation with Unicorn Icons.

Offensive Material
Do not use in projects containing hate speech, violence, or harmful content.

Redistribution Platforms
Do not upload icons to stock media platforms or file-sharing sites for redistribution.

Automated Tools
Do not use icons in automated systems that generate content for resale.

Standalone Brand Use
Icons may not be the sole element of a trademark, logo, or brand identifier.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the icons — including all intellectual property rights — remain with Unicorn Icons. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Unicorn Icons may terminate at any time if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the icons.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The icons are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Unicorn Icons does not warrant that the icons will meet your requirements or that use will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unicorn Icons be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the icons.

Changes to This Agreement

Unicorn Icons reserves the right to update or change this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the icons after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Agreement.

By downloading or using icons from Unicorn Icons, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
