We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Unicorn Icons. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
All refund requests must be initiated by email — we do not process refunds through any other channel.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. After this window, purchases are final and non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@unicornicons.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your order ID or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are only accepted via email — no other method is supported.
When Refunds Are Applicable
A refund may be granted when:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing purchased content and our support team was unable to resolve it
- You were charged multiple times for the same plan due to a payment processing error
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be granted when:
- The 7-day deadline has passed, or your request is based on a change of mind or decision to stop using the product
- You have already downloaded 5 or more pro icons
- You opened a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team
- You are unable to use or configure the product due to a lack of technical knowledge or skill
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- You are requesting a refund for a plan you previously refunded (one refund per customer)
- The request was not submitted via email to support@unicornicons.com
Refund Process
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your paid plan access will be revoked and your account will revert to the free tier. Any icons saved under the paid plan remain accessible at free-tier limits. We reserve the right to permanently revoke access if misuse is detected.
