These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unicorn Icons (“Unicorn Icons”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), available at unicornicons.com (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, yoyaru agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Access to certain features requires signing in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Plans and Payments

Unicorn Icons offers free and paid plans, including subscription and lifetime access plans.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
  • You authorize us to charge applicable fees
  • Prices and plan features may change at any time

No Refunds for Lifetime Access

Lifetime access plans are non-refundable. Once purchased, lifetime access cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create, upload, modify, and save custom icons (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content
  • You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to operate the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious or harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Interfere with the Service’s security or infrastructure
  • Violate intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, icons, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Unicorn Icons and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Icons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
